Privacy
This page covers two different things on the same domain: the marketing site you are
reading, and the demonstration control panel at /app. They collect very
different amounts of information, so they are described separately.
Who is responsible
Voxtrunk is built by WebKoding in Türkiye. For anything on this page, write to support@webkoding.com.
The marketing site
The pages outside /app are static. They contain no forms, no sign-up, no
newsletter and no analytics of our own. We set no cookie on them and build no profile of you.
Two third parties still see your request, because these pages ask your browser to fetch things from them:

Neither is under our control once the request leaves your browser. A content blocker stops both and the site stays readable.
The demonstration panel
The panel at /app is a live demonstration shared by everyone who visits,
signed in with credentials printed on its own page. Treat it as public.
Do not enter anything into it you would not publish. Other visitors are signed in as the same accounts and can read whatever you type.
While you use it, the panel stores a signed, HTTP-only session cookie identifying the demo account, optionally a cookie recording an interface language you chose, whatever you type into the demonstration, and a record in its activity log of changes made. The demonstration data is reset from time to time without notice.
Telephone calls in the demonstration
Calls placed against the demonstration are recorded as a transcript — the text of what was said — with the length of the call and how long the agent took to reply. Audio is not retained unless recording is switched on for that demonstration account, and transcripts are visible to anyone signed into the demo.
Software you install yourself
Installed on your own server, Voxtrunk runs entirely there. It does not report usage to us, does not check a licence with us, and sends us nothing. We have no access to your calls, your customers or your keys.
Your installation talks to whichever speech, language-model and telephony providers you configure, using your own accounts. What those providers do with call audio and text is governed by your agreement with them, not by this page.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to a supervisory authority — for us, the Personal Data Protection Authority of Türkiye (KVKK). Given that the marketing site holds nothing and the panel holds only demonstration data, in practice this usually means asking us to delete a demonstration record: write to support@webkoding.com.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
